Our Services

Beluga caviar is visually easy to distinguish from other types: grain is large (3-4 mm) with a noble reflection of platinum. The taste is enveloping, creamy and buttery

Beluga is a unique fish of the sturgeon family. It has been living on Earth for almost 200,000 years. Its ancestors lived at the same time as the dinosaurs. The weight of the beluga can reach 2 tons, and the age is 100 years.

Beluga caviar can be harvested when the °ish reaches the age of 15 years. Therefore, its caviar is considered the most rare and expensive.

Beluga is listed in the Red Book. However, you have a rare opportunity to try caviar from fishes we grow on our farm in an ecologically clean area and in conditions as close to the natural habitat as possible. Beluga caviar goes on sale rarely and in limited quantities. Available only to a narrow circle of gourmets.
